Each week*, enjoy the convenience of two chef-prepared meals delivered right to your door, perfectly packaged and ready to heat and eat. Our generous portions of high-quality, flavorful foods set us apart from the competition, with each microwaveable container providing a hearty meal for one or a balanced serving for two.​

Our Menu Philosophy

Using fresh, quality ingredients we provide diversity each week in the food that we deliver right to your door.  Each week our team of chefs and our pitmaster plan out a menu of unique dishes designed to provide an excellent experience for our customers. 
 
Experience dishes like bourbon peach glazed grilled chicken, baked barramundi with mango lychee chutney or mesquite smoked prime brisket with a west Texas rub, quality sides like creamed spinach with nutmeg, garlic butter spaghetti squash or rosemary mashed potatoes and condiments like our signature Agave sweetened BBQ sauce.   
 
The menu* for the week is finalized and published on Friday, professionally prepared on Saturday and delivered to your doorstep on Sunday**.

Meet the Team

​

Chef Jeff Lemke - With 30+ years of culinary expertise, Jeff offers a well-balanced approach to family dinners and special diets. Raised in Texas, Chicago, and Milwaukee, Jeff's farm upbringing instilled a deep respect for food, which he enhanced through classical training at El Centro College in Dallas. His career spans prestigious roles, from a country club internship in Washington D.C. to executive chef positions in the Rockies. Now a catering chef, Jeff excels in seafood and Hispanic-influenced dishes, creating memorable meals like Mahi Mahi tacos and Dr. Pepper ancho glazed baby back ribs. Passionate about fresh ingredients and food integrity, Jeff’s culinary philosophy emphasizes nutrition, food safety, and the importance of relationships in cooking. Outside the kitchen, Jeff enjoys hosting Sunday brunches and teaching his child to cook, reflecting his dedication to connecting with loved ones through food.

Pitmaster Michael Johnston - Michael's culinary journey began at the age of 15 in a family restaurant in a small farming community, where he developed a passion for home-cooked style family meals with fresh ingredients. This early influence shaped his approach to cooking, emphasizing authenticity and quality. Today, as one of the driving forces behind Crafted Country Style, Michael combines over 25 years of diverse culinary experience with a focus on perfecting BBQ techniques. His signature dishes, like the Smoky Pollo Italiano and unique agave-sweetened BBQ sauces, showcase his dedication to fresh, innovative flavors. Michael's philosophy centers on using seasonal ingredients and crafting distinctive sauces and seasonings to create memorable dining experiences. Beyond his kitchen, he thrives on competition against himself, constantly pushing himself to elevate his culinary creations and exceed expectations.

Sous-Chef Charlie Lemke - Charlie is a culinary professional with over 14 years of experience, known for her creative problem-solving skills and impeccable time management. With a foundation rooted in the restaurant industry from a young age, she has progressed to leadership positions in both front and back of house management. Currently serving as a Sous Chef, Charlie specializes in fresh, bold-flavored dishes like Chicken Ala Fresca and Loco Moco, with a preference for Korean cuisine. Her culinary philosophy emphasizes meticulous kitchen management, staff training, and community engagement. Passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences, Charlie thrives on creating innovative dishes that exceed expectations. Outside the kitchen, cooking is her creative outlet, and she loves exploring food markets and hosting epic dinner parties. Let her take care of your meals so you can enjoy more moments with your loved ones.

Sous-Chef Julie Johnston - Julie discovered her passion for cooking alongside Grandma Lou and her mother, whose kitchen was the heart of family gatherings—a tradition she continues today. With a background rooted in her mother's restaurant management, Julie honed her culinary skills early working in the family restaurant during high school. In 2017, she co-founded a catering company with her husband, specializing in a diverse range of cuisines. Known for dishes like Brown Butter Baby Carrots and Tres Leches cake, Julie believes in the power of food to create happiness and lasting memories. Her culinary philosophy centers on crafting dishes that are both visually appealing and unforgettable, aiming to make every meal a special experience for her clients.  Anyone who knows her will attest, Julie is a “people person” through and through.  In her cooking, she is looking to make someone’s day enjoyable!
